Before You Begin

Active WHMCS installation (Latest version)
bKash merchant account with API credentials
FTP or file manager access to your server
Admin access to your WHMCS panel

File Upload

Upload the Module File

Upload the following files and folders to your WHMCS installation directory:

/modules/gateways/
├── bkash.php
├── bkash/
│   ├── logo
│   ├── whmcs.json
└── callback/
    └── bkash.php
Use FTP, cPanel File Manager, or your preferred file transfer method.

Activation

Activate the Gateway

Navigate to your WHMCS admin panel and activate the bKash module:

1 Go to Setup → System Settings → Payment Gateways
2 Find bKash in the list of available gateways
3 Click to configure gateways

Configuration

API Credential Setup

Enter your bKash merchant credentials in the module settings:

Username
Your bKash merchant account username
Password
Your bKash merchant account password
App Key
Your bKash App Key
App Secret
Your bKash App Secret
Gateway Fee
Enter the fee percentage or fixed amount (e.g, 1.85)
Sandbox Mode
Enable for testing, disable for live production
Keep your credentials secure. Never share them publicly.

Testing

Test the Integration

Verify everything is working correctly:

Make a test payment through your WHMCS client area
Verify payment status updates automatically
Check invoice gets marked as paid
Review transaction logs for any errors
All Set!

Your bKash payment gateway is now live and ready to accept payments.
